Working with John was very easy. In the beginning I was a little concerned because I could not get a concrete answer on my rate but I understand rates change day to day. John was to work with me and was patient through with while putting in offers and getting rejected and one month turned into two turning into 6 months. I was able to secure the rate I desired at the last minute and John called me ...Working with John was very easy. Ms. Valley was extremely helpful in getting us the loan we wanted. It was not the standard and our credit was only fair, but she helped us save over $500 monthly and get us a good rate.
