You were fine to work with. However we have a problem. We have not received a paper copy of the loan as promised by the notary who came to our house. Nor have we received a pdf. We have not received a statement so now our payment will be late. Some of the other emails from Q only allow for uploads. Thank you Kelvin if you can fix this.
