Im the type of person that doesn't like to be pushed. And after an agreement, I believe in holding folks accountable. Spencer stated his case, identified how the process would go, and only contacted when necessary. After all was done he checked back in to see if he and Rocket Mortgage had satisfied our needs. In these uncertain times it was the type of support I needed. Two thumbs up.
