Kevin is excellent at his job and answered all our questions in a direct and non-condescending fashion. When he said the approval would only take 20 minutes - it actually took about 10 minutes. The whole process of refinancing was made clear and was done painlessly in one evening. Our rate was the lowest as promised for our excellent credit and the whole process flowed easily.
