My refi was seemless (having gone through one on another property) and Craig and his team were responsive and professional - and nice! The closing team was also a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

I'm trusting that Marius won't steer me wrong. He was super knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, helped me understand everything and allowed me to be nervous. He made me very comfortable; but I really like Rocket Mortgage so I could be bias in my comfort.
