I was hesitant to use Rocket Mortgage at first, because I've only ever done conventional mortgages and refinances in the past with banks. But I was so impressed by every part of this service. Michael was super-helpful with the process, his explanations were very clear and he was able to do his part as fast as I was able to do mine.
