Even though I didn't ultimately go through with Rocket Mortgage, it had nothing to do with Taylor. He is a fantastic individual who felt like more of a friend than a Banker. His support felt unconditionally which should be the standard for all individual's working at his position. I wish he would train others to provide such a great service!
