Chris was very helpful through out the complete process. When ever I had an issue he was able to assist or put me in contact with someone who could. I am a person who takes time to get comfortable with people. But was very comfortable with the way he serviced my refinance. I do not know anyone who is refinancing now but if it comes up I will recommend Rocket and tell them to request Chris.
