Ayham was very professional and polite in our interface. He listened well and seemed to be working hard to put together a proposal to accomplish our goals. Once he handed off to the next specialist, though, the relationship ceased abruptly, and the deal did not work out as proposed. Otherwise I'd have given him a "5".

Some things went a little slower than they should have, due to the title company, and Graham helped me understand what was going on and that there was nothing we could do to speed it up. Three different title company escrow officers doesn't help things move smoothly, but with Graham's help, we did everything we could to keep the process on track. Very responsive in the beginning but hard to get a hold of later for questions. Told me that I would have some of my questions addressed at closing but was later told by closing team that it was too late to be asking these sorts of things so I was disappointed that I wasn't able to find out until it was too late.
