He responded almost instantly on a Sunday night when I first submitted my application, and from that point on he answered every question, big or small, at any hour of the day. He was incredibly proactive and strategic in how he helped me package my application, and he walked me through at least four different paths I could take while breaking down the pros and cons of each with real clarity.

What stood out to me was how invested he was in helping me make the strongest, most confident decision for my situation. He anticipated questions I did not even know to ask, explained complex pieces of the process in a way that actually made sense, and made the entire experience feel far less overwhelming than it should have been. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients, and that level of thoughtfulness had a real impact on my peace of mind as I moved through a stressful milestone.
