Alex was professional and thorough! Even when there was a snag on my end with the employment verification (I work for a large school district and someone was dragging their feet getting back to Rocket Mortgage), Alex stayed on top of it and finally got a response from one of the staff in central office. Jay was OUTSTANDING! He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He helped us make the right decision on our home that was best for us. He was always available when we needed him. It was so wonderful being treated as a person and not a number. We are so glad that we found Jay and Rocket Mortgage!

I went to 3 mortgage brokers before finding Kenton. The other companies would not even quote me a mortgage. Kenton took the time to understand my situation and find a option that fit my need. Thanks Kenton~

Erick was instrumental in getting me qualified as well as breaking down any barriers that popped up during the process. I would recommend Erick and Rocket Mortgage to anyone that was in pursuit of owning a home.

Throughout the hiring process for my role at Rocket, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, clear communication, and consistent support. He set accurate expectations and ensured the entire transition was seamless. I highly recommend Stevan to any future candidates looking for a dedicated and effective recruiter.

Hamlet is the greatest. He makes the homebuying process more understandable and enjoyable. I would refer Hamlet to anyone who wants to buy a home.

She created a group chat in text with herself, my realtor (Mandy Strong) and myself so I could ask any question or receive quick clarification. She thinks "out of the box" to help find creative solutions and makes herself available to her clients. We hope to never move again, but if we need an ...Amie was a pleasure to work with.
