I am very unhappy as after I was assured by the loan rep that Rocket Mortgage would service the refinance loan and the estimate stating that Rocket Mortgage "intended" to service the loan it was sold to Freddie Mac before the first payment was even due.

I called Rocket Mortgage re question, and that question was answered in a way I had not considered. Dan was friendly, informative, and seemed genuinely sincere. I had a couple of moments that needed extra "hand holding", and thru his knowledge and ability to convey answers, he eased my mind.
