I called Rocket Mortgage and Michael O’Shea said he was working overtime and was going to get me He was very confident , professional , and kind at the same time. He looked at all the figured with so much confidence and said we are going to get your this loan. I knew he was going to do it because the other banks didn’t have the confidence in what they were doing. I will tell anyone that I know to call Rocket Mortgage and Michael O’Shea. Other banks tried to tell my situation was too hard , Michael O’Shea showed me my situation wasn’t hard it just took a person like him that had the confidence, knowledge, understanding , and kindness to make it work. I’m sitting in my beautiful home for the first time through the holidays because of him. My kids can’t stop smiling. Michael O’Shea changed our lives and I got a beautiful home I can watch my children grow up in now . I can’t thank Rocket Mortgage Loans and Michael O’Shea enough.
