I have bought and sold several homes...all with in person processes. This was our first on line experience. Jaimee held our hands (virtually, of course) through the procedure. Jaimee was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. On one occasion, when she was uncertain of an answer, she brought another agent in to confirm her answer. On one occasion, when she was uncertain of an answer, she brought another agent in to confirm her answer. She had been correct, but wanted verification. We found this reassuring. I'd rather have someone say "I think I know, but let me check to be sure." than to tell me something that may have to be corrected later.
