Agree with all the 5 star reviews. Eric was simply the best. Available all the time in whatever way was convenient for me (phone/email, etc). I had basically submitted pre-approval information to Rocket Mortgage to get an idea of our approval odds with a plan of purchasing a home months down the line. Zac has been helpful through this whole process. He has made this experience less stressful than I thought it would be. I have been able to get in contact with him for any questions that I have had.
