From start to finish, Richard was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right loan for our situation. They listened carefully to our needs, explained our options clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Terrible experience - he told us anything we wanted to hear, promised several things and then denied he ever said them just to get the business. Really sorry we went through with this loan!

AJ was outstanding in guiding my husband and me through the HELOC process. He responded quickly anytime I called or emailed him. I was having difficulties uploading paperwork that was needed, so he suggested sending him the requested documents as email attachments and he uploaded them for us. We would highly recommend AJ to anyone seeking a HELOC from Rocket Mortgage.

Kenneth was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the mortgage process as smooth as possible. We ran into some snags that delayed closing and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we stayed locked in at our original rate. Even when I was panicked about the situation, he stayed the course and got it done for us. Thank you for the outstanding service from you and your team.
