HE KEPT US INFORMED ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND WHAT WAS REQUIRED OR NEEDED DURING THE RE-FINANCE PROCESS AND HOW TO GET I TO HIM THE QUICKEST WAY POSSIBLE. Felt Jay was all on board with carrying us through the whole process and said to contact any time, but it was always playing phone tag and then we would get calls from random people with messages on filling out and completing something on the Rocket Mortgage portal.
