Working with Azrael was an absolute pleasure. She was a kind and reassuring voice during a stressful time. Having someone available to answer our questions and keep us on the correct path was an invaluable resource. She made a difficult process easy.

She was so helpful! I loved working with her cause she took the time to talk to me whenever I needed help. On top of that she walked me through the process and educated me on the numbers!

When we contacted Rocket Mortgage, we were worried about the whole process. Jordan was amazing. She eased all of our worries and worked with us daily. Jordan made this process easy, or at least it was in my eyes. My husband and I are so happy that Jordan was the first person we experienced at Rocket and so glad we did. We will be recommending Rocket Mortgage to anyone we hear that is looking to ...When we contacted Rocket Mortgage, we were worried about the whole process. Jordan was amazing. Nick was a joy to work with! He was pleasant, positive and patient throughout the re-fi process. Other companies told me "No", he said "Let's get this done" and we did. I was lucky that he's the one who answered the phone the day I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Nick!

This was a really good experience, especially comparing it to others I've done. Adam was very patient with this old codger, explaining everything as we went along. I highly recommend him for your next refi!
