Chris was very patient in explaining everything about the loan and expediting the process. I would encourage anyone who is hesitant to engage with him or another specialist not to hesitate. Go Chris!

We have used Patrick several times in the past. This most recent occasion, we were unable to finish using him, because the seller only offered the credits available if you use their lender. Patrick still stayed with us and helped us figure out the best Loan to use and even sort of structured it so that they would accept it. Is that a great guy or what? If you get a chance, use Patrick!

Very thorough, adaptive and professional. Has earned my trust. Did not hard sell me, going over the options that work best for me. The notary (Angela?), at closing, was professional and thorough as well! Good Job!
