Ryan responded to my emails and was proactive in pushing the slow and inaccessible rocket mortgage closing team to get off dead center and respond. Appraisal team dropped the ball big time -months, and the closing team was the slowest i've ever experienced, we had to submit employment verification 3 times over because of experacion.
