Any time a person is financing or refinancing their home there is some skepticism of the process. What problems/hurdles will the loan company create? Will there be a bait and switch, after suckering you in with a advertised low rate? Will this be a long drawn out process.

He answered my questions, his information was accurate and he got back to me timely when I left a voice or e-mail. Josh knows his stuff and stayed on top of things handling my application.
