My husband and I recently bought our first home together with the help of Rick and his team at Rocket Mortgage. Rick made the process seamless, quick, and very low stress. He is quick to communicate, very knowledgeable, and always willing to explain things for better understanding. I would recommend Rick to anyone in the home buying process.

Rodney was right on top of things the entire process. I was impressed with his quick responses, helpful insights, and patience when I was feeling confused. Everything was quick and thorough, really lived up to the "Rocket" name. I was kicking myself for not doing this sooner, because I thought it would take more time and effort, but we're very happy returning customers and will continue to use ...Rodney was right on top of things the entire process. David was great to work with. I had been contemplating refinancing our home to get a better interest rate when he happened to call. We talked through things, and he didn't pressure at all. He kept things clear, and updated all along the way until it went to the closing department.

Edward was very helpful from beginning to end. Returned my voice mails quickly or answered the phone right away. He was always patient with me when I didn’t understand something.

"above and beyond" I see was written in prior reviews. It is true...we had a problem come up late in the loan and Katie said she was 100% committed to getting it through anyway...and she did!!
