Michael was very helpful and had a great attitude. My biggest reason for the 3 star review is due to the way I felt I was pressured into speeding up the refinancing process. I was very close to my required Ltv ratio to refinance out of Mortgage Insurance “the primary reason for my refinancing” but Michael insisted it would be better to drop it post refinancing. I was under the impression that they...Michael was very helpful and had a great attitude. I was very close to my required Ltv ratio to refinance out of Mortgage Insurance “the primary reason for my refinancing” but Michael insisted it would be better to drop it post refinancing. I was under the impression that they would use the same appraisal to drop the premium that was used to refinance the mortgage but it wasn’t. I am now required to get a different appraisal before I can drop my mortgage insurance. An inconvenience for sure and one that will cost me even more money.
