My Rocket Journey began with Kristen and it was an excellent start that extended into a fantastic journey start to finish. Kristen responded to my request for assistance with converting my Construction Loan into a permanent loan and did so quickly and expertly. Not the cookie cutter Mortgage transaction but Rocket through the entire journey made it seamless. I have taken out 8 other Mortgages in my lifetime including liaison duty when my wife and I moved our moms near us some years back. None of those journeys compared to this our 9th and intended last. Rocket Mortgage stands out as Best in Class. They were my best rate, their process is extremely well plotted, their staff very well trained: and most importantly, well suited for World Class Service and execution of protocol. If I am seem overly effusive, no apologies. Kristen, Peter, and Kendal were all fantastically attentive.
