Tyler appeared very knowledgeable, when I stated I had been working with a different agent he stated he was aware of this. I stated to Tyler we would like the money in our account and would pay everything on line, Tyler stated Rocket Mortgage would pay the loans off. Tyler did not tell us we would receive checks for us to mail ourselves.

AWESOME Loan Officer! Mr. John Taft is knowledgeable, patient, and detailed w/his customers. When John and I spoke last year; it was not a time to Refinance, and to be honest; I'd misplaced Mr. Taft's contact information. As "Fate" would have it; Mr. Taft did not lose my contact information, and contacted me in Feb. 2026 Re: Refinancing; I'm glad he hadn't lost my contact information.
