It's unfortunate that 5 stars is the limit to be honest. Having Michael handling our loan felt a lot like I imagine it felt to bet on Mike Tyson in his prime. Literally every moment Michael was two steps ahead paving a clear path for us to buy a home. He is a wealth of knowledge and a stellar communicator who was always available when I needed him. Both by realtor and my title company individually...It's unfortunate that 5 stars is the limit to be honest. Both by realtor and my title company individually commented on how easy working with Michael was and how organized and on top of everything he was. There are a few constants in the world around us to mind I can think of gravity, the speed of light, and working with Michael Allen. He will get every referral I can send his way and I would count myself lucky to have him handle my next home purchase.
