Mina was a great representative throughout our loan process. Explained the whole process, where to sign on documents, and most importantly he communicated with me the entire time. I didn’t have to be left sitting for long periods of time without my emails being responded to. That was the greatest part. Not being left in the dark.

Lawrence was awesome to work with. We had an unfortunate issue with one card that almost cost us the loan. He gave us very useful information which eventually got us approved. It took a month to resolve that issue and he checked in with us 2 times a week to see the progress of the credit issue that we disputed. I wish we could give him 10 stars. Great guy! Thanks Lawrence!

The people I worked with were great. They called me to check up on me on my progress and helps me through the entire process. There were lots of documents to provide but it was easy to submit them online. I like that I was in frequent communication with Rocket throughout this entire process.
