I decided to go through the application for refinancing our home again wondering how we could be denied with an excellent credit score. When interest rates dropped to 2.75 I decided it was worth it. Jimmy was assigned to our application and his knowledge, experience, encouragement and availability were unparalleled. He was able to get us a 2.5 interest rate! Rocket Mortgage is fantastic because it is comprised of experts like Jimmy. My wife and I are now having our mother apply in Washington State.
