Andrew gave advise on how to structure the agreement. Each and every time I txt, e-mailed or telephoned Andrew during the negotiating process, my calls were returned immediately with answers. I felt as though I was their most influential customer.

Once the sales agreement was signed, staying on the same page between all parties can be a challenge. Rocket Mortgage has a CHAT line option to use during the closing process. To this day I am amazed by the action items each individual was willing to take on and able to resolve immediately with a simple CHAT question.

The loan documentation process can be intimidating, but my loan was assigned a process specialists for documentation and another for communication. The Specialist along with Rocket’s website made the process flow like a stream in the mountains.
