Darr was very helpful throughout the loan process. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable on everything. Once things were passed on from Darr, everything took longer than it should have and i began getting frustrated. After a few months passed, Darr contacted me when he noticed my refinance was still not finished and almost out of time.
