Jackie helped me with two mortgages. The first experience was easy and fast with what felt like a single point of contact. The second experience was difficult. The single point of contact experience was not there. Communication was fragmented. I'd still recommend Rocket, but would encourage the company to return to simplicity and direct 1:1 relationships.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I sincerely apologize if there was an opportunity where I could have provided better expectations for you. I would never intend to leave any of my clients feeling this way. It is our process to have our team members specialized in different roles. My role as a licensed mortgage banker is to initially set your loan up in reference to the terms and structure, while our processing team will assist you with the underwriting requirements as the loan progresses. Please let me know if there is anything, I can do for you in the future. It will be my pleasure to assist if given the opportunity to re-earn your trust.Read MoreRead Less
