First of all...please know that your journey will not be a short one....but it will not be rocky. Jon was with us every step of the way!!! Jon answered every question and every concern. But be prepared for many things to take longer than Rocket Mortgage usual time frame due to...When you contact Rocket Mortgage and Jon Calcaterra answer your call...it's going to be the start of a great journey. First of all...please know that your journey will not be a short one....but it will not be rocky. Jon was with us every step of the way!!! Jon answered every question and every concern. But be prepared for many things to take longer than Rocket Mortgage usual time frame due to the COVID-19 issues. It's just 2020. We are now on the other side of our Re-Fi.
