From the very start of this process I found Jacquie to be very warm, friendly, patient and professional. I had reservations about doing this process but I immediately felt like Rocket would have my back. My decision to move forward was due largely to my interactions with me. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thanks Jacquie!
