What was most impressive is that during the initial phone call he did not put pressure to move forward. He provided me data and answered questions. The “tag team” between Sam & Miguel was most effective. When the mainframe Rocket Mortgage computer malfunctioned and when Sam had to report to the National Guard, all was handled well. Sorting out multiple postings to your system was not as smooth.
