Ana was very responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the mortgage process. She remained engaged during a complex closing timeline, helped navigate multiple questions and changes, and was always willing to work through concerns collaboratively. I appreciated her persistence, communication, and dedication to getting the loan to closing successfully.

We were happy to have talked with Abe about an equity loan. He was easy to work with and had such a pleasant (not pushy) manner in discussing all the possibilities. With the loan, we will be able to pay off debt and have a payment that fits our budget. We are happy to be Rocket Mortgage customers.

Right at the outset of Ricky's call to us, he resolved an issue that had occurred with a previous Rocket home loan person, which enabled us to continue with our application. Ricky was smart, detail-oriented, easy and friendly to work with. We send our gratitude and best wishes for a continued successful career, Inshalla, Ricky.

The entire process went smoothly. We had some additional steps to complete but Adam was transparent and up front the whole time. We were updated every step of the way and would recommend him to anyone!
