Raheem was very responsive to our needs. He answered our questions, set up the new mortgage and adjusted the loan amount when we discovered an additional amount was being provided in cash. We were not interested in obtaining additional cash with this loan, and Raheem made the adjustment for us. Great individual to work with and has his customer needs in the forefront.

My personal experience of Rocket Mortgage. The process was quick and easy, all document sent and received were done through their app. From start to finish closed on my refinance in about a month. Very safe, secure experience and friendly service.

Unfortunately Lauren frequently did not reply to phone calls and emails. I was trying to get an explanation of costs. After several attempts trying to reach Lauren, she finally replied and gave me the answers I needed. Later, I was trying to get a date set for closing as I was going to be returning to work after working remotely for 5 months.
