Kyle was great -- He kept me sane dealing with all the bull that went along with the refi. I think there are things that need to be shortened but with Kyles help I got thru them. I will not refinance my mortgage again --- can't take it. Kyle is a plus to Rocket Mortgage. Give him a raise ---- he needs it after dealing with me !!!
