Once I decided to go with Rocket/Rocket Mortgage (in large part because I felt Renee really knew what she was talking about), Renee was very quick in responding to any email queries I sent to her. After another Rocket associate became involved in processing my application, Renee kept in touch to ensure that everything was staying on track. The process itself dragged on longer than I would have liked, primarily because my work as a freelance writer meant I needed to submit a variety of proofs of employment and income.
