My only concern arose after the initial stages were completed. It became quite difficult to get in touch with Manny. My only concern arose after the initial stages were completed. It became quite difficult to get in touch with Manny. I had requested a slight increase in the loan amount after the appraisal came back and was informed that it would not be an issue. Unfortunately, the adjustment was never made, and I was unable to get any clarification on questions unless I contacted Rocket Mortgage directly.

Overall, the process was smooth and fairly straightforward. Despite the communication challenges toward the end, I had a positive experience and would recommend Rocket Mortgage to others.Read MoreRead Less
