Jana Sands was a joy to work with during our refinance. She contacted us to inform us that the Interest Rates were in a position to benefit our objectives of lowering our monthly payments and saving us a significant amount in the long-term.

We were not pleased with the time it took to finalize our loan. We held a mortgage with you that we were refinancing, and the estimated time to close our loan...Jana Sands was a joy to work with during our refinance. We were not pleased with the time it took to finalize our loan. We held a mortgage with you that we were refinancing, and the estimated time to close our loan was 30-45 days... then we given a date of August 31st to close the loan. We closed the loan on September 15th because we woud be asked for 1 more piece of information at least 3 times. There was no reason why the processing dept. could not ask for the information once, we certainly provided it.

This was not Jana's fault, this was out of her control, and Jana did her very best to assist us. But 90 days to close a refinance of one of your own loans seemed too long.Read MoreRead Less
