Brandon was very knowledgeable & highly professional! Everything was fine until the closing documents were published. I was shocked at the outrageous Origination Fees & Service Fees. Combined, these fees were over $6000.00 on a $129,000 loan. They also kinda trick you into believing they’re offering you a low interest rate… They’re NOT!! My advice to anyone reading, SHOP AROUND!
