Justin was always there for us to answer all our questions and provide personal input and all kinds of help that I really appreciate. Whole communication was like with an old friend and I enjoyed the process even though I thought it would be a lot more stressful. Justin definitely took away a lot of mental stress I had from this transaction and helped us tremendously when we needed personalized help in our particular situation. Thank you!Read MoreRead Less

Thomas is always friendly, patient and helpful. I refer everyone to him and they all have had a wonderful experience. We just purchased a new home which could have been a very stressful experience, but every time I contacted him with questions he was always available with answers and made the best experience possible for us.

I asked so many questions and she never once made me feel like my questions weren't valid; I did not feel silly talking to her, and honestly, I felt like she was a friend. She is very professional but genuinely cares about the people she ...I just recently completed my refinance with Mackenzie. She is absolutely amazing and so helpful. I will recommend her to everyone I know needing refinancing.Read MoreRead Less
