Cedric was helpful and knew how to do his job. I think Rocket Mortgage had some internal issues that caused one dept to not know what other depts. were doing. I think there was a glut of new loans to process and the internal communications were not able to keep up with the numbers of people trying to refinance their properties. It took over 75 days to be refinanced which in my mind is not ...Cedric was helpful and knew how to do his job. It took over 75 days to be refinanced which in my mind is not very good. However, i never felt that this was something Cedric had any control over. Was much higher up in the food chain.
