The majority of the experience was fine, but we had a week of silence from Scott that was very disconcerting right before closing and really damped our experience with him. Between at least the 1st to the 8th, with our closing on the 15th, it was never communicated to us or our agent that our home had received a property inspection waiver from Fannie Mae, and would not need an appraisal. Between at least the 1st to the 8th, with our closing on the 15th, it was never communicated to us or our agent that our home had received a property inspection waiver from Fannie Mae, and would not need an appraisal. Our agent was calling him twice a day at one point trying to and obtain this appraisal. None of Scott's colleagues were able to give us any further information or reassure us that the apprisal had been waived. We were starting to worry we wouldn't be closing or moving on time and that week of silence so close to closing was extremely stressful.Read MoreRead Less
