Joe was amazing from the moment I met him on the phone. The kindness and professionalism was outstanding. He explained how we would and would not benefit from a ReFi. We discussed details from interest rates to terms of the loan. I felt educated and cared for by Joe when we completed the process. Joe is a true human being with the best intentions for his customer!
