James did a great job of explaining our options and making sure this process was as smooth as possible. He made himself very available to us when needed. We knew we could count on him help us to get our re-fi over the finish line.

From the very beginning when we were just casually looking and wanted to get pre-qualified, Martha was patient, attentive, and kind. She gently checked in every now and again but never pressured us to act. When the time came for action, she was very attentive and acted as my go-to loan contact, even in situations where someone else was technically my PoC. I would highly recommend Martha!

Sheyleen was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with for my refinance.

Samer was awesome. He was determined to get a conditional approval that very day and it was a Sunday. Easy process that was easy to understand and navigate. I've had several loans through Rocket and each time has been a great experience.

Angela was fantastic to work with. Angela called and processed the application with me, she was thorough, she kept me appraised of each and every next step in the process and she kept in contact to answer all my questions. Thank you
