I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Lucas! He was always available when I needed him, and contacted me promptly when he needed my information or authorization to move the process along. He was truly there for me during the whole mortgage process, which really meant a lot to me as a first time home buyer. For something as complex as buying a house, he made it pretty simple.

Jaimee was so helpful in getting our house refinanced. She explained the IRRL process and how it could help us refinance with less paperwork. Then she started the process for us and we will be closing tomorrow. Jaimee did an excellent job.
