Sam is a SUPERSTAR! He made himself available night and day, from the beginning of the refi process all the way up to the end. When wait times were excessively long, I could reach Sam and we would have my question, concern, or issue handled in a matter of moments. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and made the refi process super easy! 5 stars is probably not enough...can I add about 5 more? ...Sam is a SUPERSTAR! Hass was Godsent!! His teaching style kept things light while still very educational. I instantly felt like we grew up together, which for me, helped ease my initial concerns. His ability to use real life scenarios to clarify often confusing subject matter is definitely one of his strongest attributes, taking things out of a text book and bringing them to life. Thank you.
