I enjoyed working with Manny. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got me the answers I needed for my first mortgage experience. He made it pleasant and put up with me with I didn't understand something about the mortgage docs. If he wasn't available I was always able to talk to one of his assistants. Jill was excellent to work with. We did the entire mortgage application process online. Their mortgage dashboard helps to keep you up to date on what you need to do or what the next steps are. If I had any questions along the way, Jill was there to answer them or to get the right people to answer them. Very easy to work with!
