Cass was excellent. I have always obtained my mortgages from my Credit Union, but they were uncharacteristically slow and not helpful for the first time in 30 years. This drove me to Rocket Mortgage and I was lucky enough to get Cass as my representative. I always received very prompt responses and he always took his time to ensure I had my answer and understood the process. He even answered ...Cass was excellent. He even answered some questions about referring others to Rocket Mortgage and volunteered to talk to them if they had questions prior to their application submission. Just outstanding service! -- which was much appreciated, especially for the first time obtaining a mortgage outside my normal Credit Union.
