Joe was very personable with our refi. He always responded back, if we had questions, in a timely manner. We were concerned that the refi was taking longer than we had expected but Joe reassured us that they were flooded with refi's. The notary they used was quick and knowledgeable and had all the paperwork in order. Overall the experience was great and we would highly recommend using them.
